C.O.D check (you must fill out a credit application to receive shipments marked C.O.D company check).
Net 30 Day Open Account - A credit application is available from our order desk. Normally we can process your request within 24 hours.
Shipping & Handling
Most orders are shipped via UPS ground or UPS air (Red, Blue or Orange) FOB Cleveland.
Order totaling $2500.00 or more off of regular sheet pricing qualify for FREE shipping in the continental US only.
Back Orders
We despise backorders; therefore we will always try to inform you immediately if there will be a delay with your shipment because we are out of stock on an item.
Warranty
Martin Sound Products, Inc. warrants all of our products to be free from defects in materials or bad workmanship for 1 year from your date of purchase.
No consideration will be given for returned parts, which have been damaged due to overpowering, abuse, misuse, accident or neglect. We look to the manufacturer for final determination.
In the event that part(s) damage occurs while shipping, we ask that you forward your claims to your local UPS center.
Some manufacturers have extended warranties beyond 1 year. Please call for more information.
Returns
Please call before returning any item for any cause to receive a return authorization number. No Return will be processed without a return authorization number.
No parts may be returned after 30 ays for any reason other than warranty claims.
Parts must be returned within 15 working days after receiving a return authorization number.
Excluding returns for warranty claims Martin Sound Products, Inc. reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking charge for products returned for any other reason.
