Methods of Payment: Net 30 Day Terms for All approved accounts, COD Company Check for all approved accounts, COD Certified Check or Money Order, MasterCard, Visa or Discover and Payment in Advance. TO OPEN A NET 30 DAY ACCOUNT OR A COD COMPANY CHECK ACCOUNT PLEASE REQUEST A CREDIT APPLICATION. Pricing Policy: The prices included in the pricing sheet are those stated in published price sheets. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices must be adhered to with regard to quantity and packaging. All items will be billed at current prices. Freight Policy: All Net 30 Day open account or credit card orders totaling $1000.00 or more from Dealer sheet pricing will be shipped freight free to anywhere in the Continental US (Free shipping may or may not apply for specially quoted items off Dealer Sheet Pricing). All C.O.D shipments over $1000.00 or more will be shipped freight free however the customer shall be responsible for the UPS C.O.D charge of $7.50. Regular ground shipments are shipped via UPS or LTL carrier. Air shipments are sent via UPS. Freight rates are based on current UPS rate charts. Return Goods Policy: A Return Authorization # must be obtained prior to shipping back any parts back to Martin Sound Products for credit consideration. Parts must be returned within 15 working days following the issue date of the authorization number. All returns must be sent to us prepaid freight. No collect or COD shipments will be accepted. Parts should be packaged for return in the same or similar manner in which you received them. Parts damaged in shipping because of improper packaging will not be given credit consideration. Excluding returns for warranty claims Martin Sound Products, Inc. reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking charge for products returned for any other reason. Warranty: Martin Sound Products, Inc. follows and adheres to all warranties per the Manufacturer. Consideration will be given for returned parts which have been damaged due to overpowering, abuse, misuse, accident or neglect. We look to the manufacturer for final determination on all warranty claims. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original Bill of Sale when returned to Martin Sound Products. For damages that occur during shipping, claims should be directed to your local UPS Center.
